Ride BMX Magazine

I've started to develope some ideas for the logo of ride BMX Magazine. I wanted to use some kind of painted or hand drawn type to represent the grungy, DIY element of BMX.

I don't really like the Ride lettering in this one, but it was a starting point for the rest of my logos.

I prefer the ride UK type here, not so keen on the 'BMX Magazine' in futura light condensed

I think the 2 above are my favorite, they have a slightly grungy, edgy aesthetic but still feel stylish and current which is quite appropriate for BMX.
